If you've found your way here, you recognize the significance of discussing this often-overlooked subject, and I'm genuinely grateful for your presence.

We are actively seeking experts in their fields for the following topic tracks: Death, Dying, Grief, and Honest Conversations.

Why Present?
Imagine standing on the stage of a concert venue in the Sweetest Place on Earth and talking about a topic that most people tend to run from: Death, Dying & Grief. The audience of around 150 people are captivated by the way you're sharing your expertise and you can see that you are clearly making a difference by the questions they're asking.

You are now front of mind and the attendees know exactly who to reach out to or what to do when they need what you just presented.

The main purpose of our free-to-attend event is to educate and provide invaluable resources to the community (both business and the general public). Bonus, lunch is included! New for 2025: The recorded video of your presentation will live on our Resources page and a copy will be sent to you to use however you'd like.
If you're selected to present, you will have 15-20 minutes to educate on the topic of expertise with time dedicated to Q&A. You will be featured in the Brochure and online on our Resources page, along with space at our resources table at the event. Please note: once your application is submitted, our selection committee will review and make their decision.

We suggest you also become a vendor so attendees can visit you during breaks, but it is not necessary. For more information on being a vendor, please visit the event page.
