I will begin the session by using the distant reiki symbol along with two additional symbols, initiating the flow of healing energy towards you. The entire process typically takes around 25 minutes. If you opt not to join the Zoom session, don't worry! I will follow up with an email to confirm that the reiki has been sent. In that email, I will also provide you with an opportunity to share your feedback or any experiences you'd like to discuss.
